Fairly clean and nicely designed hotel with pleasant view to downtown. Efficient, cooperative staff, stunning location very close to many convenience stores, supermarkets and metro stations, and Osaka bank/business district. Besides, easy access to Nakanoshima. The coffee bar with reasonably priced drinks.

We didn't feel like leaving and would love to come back. Everything was good, with smart staff, met requirements. The breakfast offered was delicious and great for vegetarians. Truly enjoyed the moderate queen room with views, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Room was excellent quality and well-appointed and available with a fridge, the bedroom and separate toilet. The staff was well-trained and brilliantly helpful, whenever I needed help.

It was clean, and the people were competent and decent. This accommodation was in the riverside location down the river lined with high rise buildings. Food in the coffee bar was lovely. We had the most good few days there.

Reasonably priced place, had an excellent stay for other travellers considering this stay. The room was immaculately clean with a view, though it had not so nice views. The location of the hotel was marvellous and lovely - at a medium distance from Osaka Festival Hall. Local supermarkets and supermarkets were right next door.

I ate at a really nice restaurant for breakfast. Its modern decor with a splendid view to downtown was a nice surprise.

The room was fashionable, with smoke detectors and bright views to downtown. An electric kettle and refrigerators were nice. Incredible central location just next door to museums.

Great and lovely location for visiting Osaka, it's short walk to the river and business area and the areas where there restaurants and bars.

Well-trained people are working. The room is well-appointed and extremely pleasant with splendid views near enough to downtown. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious, I liked it.
